01 The Firm

What we do.

Grow our investors' capital. Put part of the profits to work beyond the firm.

That is why the firm exists. We trade defined-risk options and futures on the S&P 500 complex, in and out within the trading day using proprietary execution algorithms and market signals.

Built to capture what most investors cannot see

5 Stones gives investors access to a proprietary market-structure engine with zero correlation to the S&P. It is built to capture high-conviction intraday opportunities before they become obvious, with deep orthogonal returns as the objective.

02 The System

How the system works.

Large market makers stand between buyers and sellers in the options market. As positions and prices change, they must buy or sell the index to stay hedged. That forced flow is measurable, and it is what the system trades.

Flow

Options activity shifts, and market makers rebalance. Forced buying or selling appears in the index.

Signal

Proprietary models filter that forced activity from ordinary noise and grade the pressure in real time.

Capital

Clear flow, and capital deploys with the pressure, sized and defined-risk. Unstable flow, and the system passes. The book closes flat every day.

03 Discipline

Capital security.

01 · Defined Risk

Every position has a known maximum loss before it opens.

The worst case is computed and capped in advance, not discovered afterward.

02 · Daily Reserve Ceiling

A hard ceiling limits capital at risk in any single day.

The overwhelming majority of fund capital is held in reserve every session.

03 · No Overnight Positions

The book closes flat every trading day.

Overnight gaps and off-hours headlines act on cash, not on open exposure.

05 Questions

Common questions.

What does 5 Stones trade?

Defined-risk options structures and futures on the U.S. equity-index complex, centered on the S&P 500. These are among the deepest and most liquid markets in the world. Positions open and close within the trading day, and the book holds no overnight exposure.

How does the system decide when to trade?

As options positions change, large market makers must buy or sell the index to stay hedged. The system's proprietary models identify that forced flow and separate it from ordinary market noise. Capital deploys only when the flow is clear and independent signals agree. On sessions without conviction, the system abstains and capital stays in reserve.

How is risk controlled?

Three layers. Every position is a defined-risk structure with a known maximum loss before it opens. A hard daily ceiling limits how much capital can be at risk in any single session. And the book closes flat every day, so overnight gaps act on cash rather than open positions. All trading involves substantial risk, including loss of principal.

Where can I see performance?

Performance information is provided privately to qualified prospective investors as part of the offering materials, delivered under confidentiality. This keeps the fund's public presence consistent with how private offerings are regulated. Request an introduction and we will walk you through it directly.

Who can invest, and what is the process?

Interests are offered privately to accredited investors. The process starts with a conversation with the principals, followed by offering documents under confidentiality, then subscription and funding. Qualified inquiries receive a response within two business days. The General Partner reserves the right to accept or refuse any prospective investor.
